Rich in an unusual history and nestled among the fields of the Gâtinais Natural Park, this estate located 50 km from Paris opens the doors to its castle, chapel, 144m² marquee, chalets, and its 9-hectare park! You will have access to 18 rooms divided between the castle and the 5 chalets on the estate.

Embark on an off-site retreat in a 19th-century bourgeois residence connected to fiber optics and nestled within 9 hectares of parkland and forest! You can settle in as a team in the large living room, where the Wi-Fi speed reaches 600 Mb/s; there's also the bar room and the dining room in the castle, which can accommodate 14, 6, and 4 people, respectively. You will also have access to two other exceptional rooms where you can hold your meetings. Carefully decorated, the chalets and the rooms in the castle offer all modern comforts in a refreshing setting, each equipped with a small desk where you can work away from the group, whether it’s for a call or a video conference, for example. The chimney lounge and TV room will welcome you for more informal working moments.

There are numerous activities possible within the estate: treasure hunts, pétanque, basketball, ping-pong, foosball, karaoke, and Nordic spa (at an additional cost). The various spaces in the estate also allow for meditation, dance, singing, and theatre. For enthusiasts, there is a yoga room with about twenty mats available for your use. It is also possible to book a yoga class with a certified instructor (for an additional fee). The carefully maintained orchard is freely accessible. Several hiking trails are accessible from the estate, including the GR 1 trail that circles Île-de-France. Role-playing game enthusiasts will find an Airsoft field right next to the estate and two renowned escape rooms in Brétigny-sur-Orge (15 km) and Évry-Courcouronnes (20 km). Built near the Cerny aerodrome (5 km away), the Musée Volant Salis will delight aviation enthusiasts. Other recommended services by your host are available: photographer, oenologist, bartender, etc.

Each chalet has a small equipped kitchen that can be used to prepare your snacks throughout the day, but it is not possible to prepare collective meals yourself. For that, Philippe offers all necessary catering options for your stay. Additionally, the castle has a professional kitchen that can accommodate a private chef or a caterer of your choice.

Philippe's estate is committed to an eco-responsible approach. It was renovated between 2018 and 2021 with the goal of maximizing energy savings: LED lighting, double glazing, wood wool insulation, motion sensor-activated outdoor lighting, etc. The 9-hectare wooded park serves as a refuge for local biodiversity, with some areas kept wild to protect biodiversity. Philippe recommends using public transport to reach the estate to reduce your carbon footprint.
