Rich in unusual history, nestled between the fields of the Gâtinais Regional Natural Park, this estate located 50 km from Paris opens the doors to its castle, chapel, 144 m² marquee, chalets, and its 9-hectare park! You will have access to 18 rooms located in the castle and the 5 chalets of the estate.

Embark on an off-site retreat in a bourgeois residence from the 19th century equipped with fiber internet and set in 9 hectares of park and forest! You can settle in as a team in the large living room, where the WiFi speed reaches 600 Mb/s, as well as in the bar room and dining room of the castle, which can accommodate 14, 6, and 4 people respectively. You will also have access to two other exceptional rooms where you can hold your meetings. Carefully decorated, the chalets and rooms in the castle offer all modern comforts in a refreshing setting, and each is equipped with a small desk where you can work away from the group, whether for a call or a video conference, for example. The fireplace room and the TV lounge will welcome you for more informal working moments.

Many activities are possible within the estate: treasure hunt, pétanque, basketball, ping-pong, foosball, karaoke, and Nordic spa (for an additional fee). The different spaces of the estate also allow for meditation, dance, singing, and theater practice. For enthusiasts, a yoga room and around twenty mats are available. It is also possible to book a yoga class with a certified instructor (for an additional fee). The well-maintained orchard is freely accessible. Several hiking trails are available from the estate, including the GR 1 trail that encircles Île-de-France. Role-playing game enthusiasts will find an Airsoft field right next to the estate and two well-known escape game rooms in Brétigny-sur-Orge (15 km) and Évry-Courcouronnes (20 km). Located near the Cerny aerodrome (5 km), the Volant Salis museum will delight aviation enthusiasts. Other services recommended by your host are available: photographer, wine expert, bartender, etc.

Each chalet has a small equipped kitchen that can be used for preparing snacks throughout the day, but it is not possible to prepare communal meals yourself. For that, Philippe offers all the necessary catering options for your stay. Additionally, the castle has a professional kitchen that can accommodate a private chef or a caterer of your choice.

Philippe's estate is committed to an eco-responsible approach. It was renovated between 2018 and 2021 with the goal of maximizing energy savings: LED lighting, double glazing, wood wool insulation, motion sensor-activated outdoor lighting, etc. The 9-hectare wooded park serves as a refuge for local biodiversity, and some areas are kept wild to protect that biodiversity. Philippe recommends that you reach the estate via public transport to limit your carbon footprint.
